Hi, I’m Kiki—A Houstonian raised on grit, grace, and God’s timing strait out of a low income community, Acres Homes here in Houston, TX.  I am a international certified coach with years of experience and a deep commitment to personal transformation. I’ve completed numerous coaching programs across disciplines and a international co-author of several personal development books. My work reflects a passion for truth, healing, and helping others remove the layers that block their growth.

Strait Talk Koaching is for individuals like me. People who’ve been strong for everyone else, but are finally ready to be honest with themselves. People who are tired of tiptoeing around truth, stuck in cycles, or silently screaming behind polished smiles.

  • I’ve spent 20+ years in the boardrooms and systems of Corporate America, working in Environmental and Regulatory spaces. I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. But my most powerful insights? They come from 50+ years of real-life lessons, experiences, and growth that no job title or degree could ever capture.

  • I know what it means to break generational cycles—my roots include public housing, trauma, and survival, but I’ve also built a life of ownership, peace, and purpose.
